Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrewSync platform operated by CrewSync Automation ("CrewSync," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use CrewSync. Questions? Email support@crewsyncautomation.io.

2. Description of Service

CrewSync is a workflow automation platform for home service companies. The platform allows you to:

• Connect to third-party CRM platforms (Copilot CRM, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and others)
• Build visual automated workflows using our drag-and-drop builder
• Deploy AI agents to handle CRM tasks, customer communications, and estimates
• Embed quote widgets on your website

CrewSync is a workflow automation layer and is not itself a CRM. Your CRM data remains in your CRM.

3. Account Registration

To use CrewSync, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@crewsyncautomation.io

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your company to these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans

CrewSync offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, AI). Prices are listed at crewsyncautomation.io/#pricing. All prices are in USD.

Free Trial

Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to enter billing information to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account will be downgraded to the free tier or deactivated.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. All charges are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the billing period ends.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of your first charge if you have not used the service. After 7 days, all charges are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@crewsyncautomation.io.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. CrewSync does not claim ownership of any data, workflows, templates, or content you create or sync through the platform.

By using CrewSync, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CrewSync to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass customers
• Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Resell or sublicense access to CrewSync without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Third-Party Integrations

CrewSync integrates with third-party CRM platforms and services. Your use of those integrations is governed by the terms of those third parties. We are not responsible for the actions, data practices, or availability of third-party services.

If your CRM API credentials are revoked or expire, your automations will stop. You are responsible for keeping your integrations current.

8. Affiliate Program

Commission Structure

CrewSync's affiliate program offers a 15% recurring commission on the monthly subscription revenue of each customer you refer, for as long as that customer remains active. Commission is paid monthly via Stripe, net-30 from the end of each month.

Eligibility

You must apply to become an affiliate at crewsyncautomation.io/affiliates/apply and be approved before earning commissions. Approval is at CrewSync's sole discretion.

Deactivation Rules

Your affiliate status may be revoked if you:

• Use spam, false advertising, or misleading claims to promote CrewSync
• Refer fraudulent, fake, or self-referral accounts
• Violate any part of these Terms of Service
• Have no active referrals for 12 consecutive months

Upon deactivation, unpaid commissions for completed months will still be paid. Future commissions stop.

Taxes

Affiliates earning over $600 USD per year will receive a 1099 form. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on your affiliate income.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of CrewSync shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrewSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of outputs from AI agents.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access CrewSync ends immediately. Sections covering data ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of CrewSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
